Dues

Blue Stem Property Owners, Inc., does not require mandatory dues. However, in order to complete specific projects such as neighborhood clean-up dates, maintaining the pathway to Dennis Elementary and Putnam City North High School, paying for neighborhood entrance lighting bills, or holding meetings and neighborhood events, we do request property owners pay a voluntary amount of $75.00 annually for dues to help underwrite the expense of these initiatives.
